Carved wooden carnival mask depicting a man with two smaller men's heads extending horn-like from the top of his head. The smaller heads are wearing caps. All three heads have protruding noses, ears, and chins, as well as slightly open mouths showing pointed teeth. Their eyebrows and hair are all indicated by a dark brown burnt decoration.
