Metal bell on a dark brown leather collar with a metal buckle and two rows of three holes each row. There are plastic wire stitches securing the strap around the buckle. A small metal ball hangs inside the bell from a thin metal rod. There are two uppercase letter "M” incised on the exterior of the bell, one on the back and one on the side.
