Model kayak. A small wooden figure sits inside the cockpit, clothed in a light tan parka with hood. The face is carved wood and wooden arms are outstretched to the front. A harpoon of wood and ivory (?) is attached to the kayak on his left. The kayak itself is made of wood and covered with a dark brown skin. Small ivory (?) floats are attached to the boat at front, back and in front of the cockpit. Strips of ivory (?) line the keel of the kayak at front and back, and are nailed on.
