Beaker
MOA: University of British Columbia
2990/70
Terracotta beaker with flared rim, constricted neck, (unusual) square base, and polychrome slip decoration. There is a black band around the lip, interior and exterior edge. Below this there are two abstract warrior figures in orange, buff, red, grey and black on a cream-coloured background. There are two bands below the images, at the neck of the beaker, one orange and one red, both outlined in black. Below these there is a band of buff, and a thin black line at the edge of the square base which is then entirely orange.
