Wooden spear. The bamboo shaft is joined to a carved wooden spear point and bound at the juncture with a small section of woven plant fibre. The carved spear point is quite long and consists of five large sets of barbs, three smaller, rounder sets of barbs and a thin point. The carved spear point holds a fine layer of mud adhering to the barbs.
