Striped composite textile with six panels of different fabrics stitched together to form a single, large blanket. Two thin, multi-coloured and vertically striped panels form borders on either edge. The central area consists of two panels of the same fabric joined in the middle by a seam. These panels consist of alternating white, black, and red stripes with smaller connecting stripes alternating green, yellow and red. The red stripes are embellished with red embroidery in the shape of vertical lines, six-pointed stars, thick x-shapes and abstract figures of beings. On either side of these central panels there is thick embroidery in black, red, yellow and green forming repeating sections of horizontal lines interspersed with abstract floral or star shapes. The two panels attached above and below the central panels are of the same fabric and consist of alternating red and black stripes with a thicker black stripe towards the edge and a thin yellow border. The black stripes are embellished with embroidered zigzag and diamond designs.
