Long bodice vest (part of a woman’s costume with 3052/9-17). Mainly black, with neck, arms, and hems edged in red velvet. The front is made of two panels, one that extends over the other, and closes by snaps on the shoulders. There are twill ties inside to help close the vest. The back portion below the waist is pleated. Garment is lined with shiny polyester.
