Conch shell bead with rounded body and flat sides. Perforated for threading it and make a necklace. Well preserved.

Narrative
According to Sawyer, the size of the bead indicates the import of large shells (strombus) from north of the equator, since there are no local conch shells on the Peruvian coast with this type ot thickness.
