Pouch
MOA: University of British Columbia
3123/51
Small leather container. Object is circular and bulbous at bottom, with base tied to body by unbleached cotton thread. A long closed neck tops the container, held together by the same thread. Dark brown dye colours the leather under the seams, as well a single stripe on the neck. An interior support, unseen, gives stiffness to the pouch. A thin, supple thong of leather serves as a handle and is tied to the base of the pouch in two areas, and runs through flaps on the neck that hold it in place. This strap is broken.
