Woven belt. Belt is wide, with a fringe of thick woven strands on one end, attached at their tips. Across surface of garment is scattered small animals, birds, foliage, and pinwheel motifs in no particular order, coloured a light tan on a background of thin stripes of black, red and green. Colour scheme is reversed on back side of belt. End opposite the fringe is densely patterned in horizontal lines.

Narrative
This collection (3133/1-35) was brought to Vancouver by the donor's father's family, when they moved here from Bolivia in the 1940s.
