Obverse: bust of Heraclius, facing forwards, wearing a crown with cross; to left, he holds a globus cruciger; to left, inscription says ‘NHE’; to right, it is illegible. Reverse: large ‘I’; to left, ‘ANNO’ in a vertical position; to right, ‘X’; in exergue, ‘CAT’.
