Byzantine coin of Constans II, 641-668. Obverse: bust of Constans II, facing forwards, with long beard; he wears a chlamys; to left, he holds a long staff topped with a cross; to right, he holds a globus cruciger. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘ANA’ in a vertical position; above, it is difficult to decipher, but possibly a star; beneath, ‘A’.
