Byzantine coin of Constans II, 641-668. Obverse: bust of Constans II, facing forwards, with short beard; he wears a chlamys and a crown with a cross; to left, he holds a globus cruciger; to left, inscription says ‘DNCONSTAN’; to right, ‘TINϤ’. Reverse: large cross potent atop a globe; beneath, two steps; to left and right, inscription says ‘dEϤSAdiϤTAR[OMANIS]’. Coin has been overstruck.
