Obverse: two figures, standing and facing forwards; to left, Constans II, wearing military dress and holding long cross; to right, Constantine IV, his son, wearing chlamys. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, Heraclius, another son of Constans II; to right, Tiberius, a third son of Constans II; above, monogram; in exergue, ‘[K]T[S]’. Monogram corresponds to number 35 in Sear catalogue.
