Byzantine coin of Constantine IV, 668-685. Obverse: bust of Constantine IV, facing forwards; he wears a cuirass and helmet. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘ANN[O]’ in a vertical position; above, cross; beneath, ‘E’; in exergue, ‘CON’. Coin has been overstruck.
