Byzantine coin of Constantine IV, 668-685. Obverse: bust of Constantine IV, facing forwards; he wears a cuirass and helmet with plume; to left, he holds a globus cruciger; to left, inscription is illegible; to right, it says ‘S’. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, bust of Heraclius, brother of Constantine IV; to right, bust of Tiberius, another brother of Constantine IV; both brothers wear crown with cross and chlamys, and each holds a globus cruciger in their right hand; above ‘M’, cross; beneath, ‘Δ’; in exergue, ‘CON’.
