Obverse: bust of Constantine IV, facing forwards; he wears a cuirass and holds a spear behind his back; to left, there is a cross or globus cruciger, which is from a previous coin. Reverse: large âIâ; to left, cross; to right, âKâ. This coin has been overstruck.
