Byzantine coin of Constantine IV, 668-685. Obverse: bust of Constantine IV, facing forwards with his head turned slightly to the right; he wears a cuirass and holds a spear behind his back; to right, he holds a shield. Reverse: large ‘K’; to left, ‘ANN[O]’ in a vertical position; to right, ‘XX[X]’ in a vertical position; above, cross; exergue is illegible, but it most likely says ‘[RAB]’.
