Byzantine coin of Justinian II, 705-711 (second reign). Obverse: bust of Justinian II, facing front; he wears a crown with cross and a loros, an embroidered and jewelled scarf; to right, he holds a cross; to left, inscription is illegible; to right, it says ‘ER’. Reverse: large ‘K’; to left, ‘[A]NN[O]’ in a vertical position; to right, backwards ‘R’; beneath, most likely ‘B’. Coin has been overstruck.
