Byzantine coin of Philippicus, 711-713. Obverse: bust of Philippicus, facing front; he wears a crown with a cross and a loros, an embroidered and jewelled scarf; to left, he holds a long cross or globus cruciger; to left, inscription says ‘T’; to right, it says ‘V’. Reverse: large ‘M’; beneath, ‘B’; in exergue, ‘[C]O[N]’.
