Byzantine coin of Constantine V, 741-775. Obverse: busts of Constantine V, to left, and Leo IV, to right, both facing front; both wear a chlamys and a crown with cross; between their heads, cross. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘X’; beneath, ‘A’; above, there is a bust of Leo III, wearing a loros, an embroidered and jewelled scarf; to left, he holds a cross potent.
