Byzantine coin of Constantine V, 741-775. Obverse: busts of Constantine V, to left, and Leo IV, to right, both facing front; both wear a chlamys. Reverse: bust of Leo III, facing front, resting on a horizontal bar; he wears a crown with a cross and a loros, an embroidered and jewelled scarf; to left, he holds a cross potent; to right, there is a cross; beneath, large ‘[M]’.
