Byzantine coin from the 12th to 13th centuries CE. Obverse: an enthroned figure, who is most likely Christ; he has a halo; his throne is decorated with dots. Reverse: another enthroned figure, who is most likely an emperor; he wears a loros, which is an embroidered and jewelled scarf. Coin is concave.
