Byzantine coin of Maurice Tiberius, 582-602. Obverse: two figures, standing and facing front; to left, Maurice Tiberius, who holds a globus cruciger; to right, Empress Constantina, who holds a cruciform sceptre; each also has a halo; to left, inscription is illegible; to right, it says ‘CONS’. Reverse: Theodosius, Maurice Tiberius' son, standing and facing front; he has a halo; he holds a long cross; to right, large ‘Δ’; between Theodosius and ‘Δ’, a cross.
