Woven wool hat. Hat is cone shaped, bulging slightly outward at base of tip. Hem is scalloped, with small half circle ear flaps sewn to the sides. Horizontal lines of decoration such as diamonds, colour blocks, zigzags, and other motifs encircle the hat around a central line of women and men in green, yellow and purple clothing joining hands.
