Small iron figure. Man stands with feet apart, hands raised above shoulder height, the left clutching a tool. He wears a tall, thin headdress with remnants of paint at tip. Long panelled skirts flare out at hips and back, hanging straight and nearly to ankles at front. These are coloured white with blue and red dots, and yellow and red lines and triangles, and are attached at the torso by crossed yellow suspenders. Body is grey unprocessed iron.

    Given to the donor as gifts when she was working in France in the late 1960s, for the French Government (Union Nationale des Maisons Familiales Rurales d'Education et d'Orientation).
