Hemispherical grey-brown terracotta bowl with flaring sides and rounded rim. Inner surface has two forehead ornament shapes, outlined with a triple line, short dashed lines inside and between, radiating dash and long lines above. Red-brown slip band at inner rim. Slightly burnished surface; mold manufacture. Minor breakage repaired.

The forehead ornament motif shows transition to Nasca style.
