Rectangular cast gold pendant of a bear’s head, shown face-on. Out of a wide mouth emerges a lolling tongue, under a nose with curled nostrils, small eyes, and heavy brows. Square ears sit at top, to either side of a loop to hold a chain. Back is concave.

Reid made two sizes of bear pendant molds c. 1970 for Tony Cavelti to create casts for sale. This piece was purchased by the donor from Cavelti's shop. 18 K.
