Hat is small and square-shaped with a pointed top. Hat is four-sided, now folded flat on opposing sides. The bottom of the hat has a black brim and the exterior is a dark green velvet. The interior is lined with a red cotton fabric with white polka dots and green stitching. The four sides are decorated with a floral design containing five white and dark blue flowers all with green stems.
