Kkokdu (꼭두) or wooden figure of a newly wed woman. Carved from wood and painted. Woman stands with her hands held together underneath a long thin rectangular piece of white fabric. She wears a green top with red ties and a long red skirt. Her skin is greyish-white and she has painted black facial features. Her black hair is tied back into a bun at the nape the the neck and held with a small pin. She has two semi-circular feet. Figure mounted on a wood dowel and base.
