Blouse made of a rectangular panel of fabric, folded in half, with a rectangular keyhole opening for the head. The sides are stitched together leaving armholes at the top. The front and back bib is heavily decorated with red embroidery, with a band of bright orange through the centre. The orange has bands of colour throughout. The design is edged with sections of various solid colours with a scalloped edge, and then sections of coloured stitching. The armholes also each have a band of embroidery. The hem is uneven from front to back.
