Small clay jug with globular body, rounded bottom and two lug handles on the sides. Rim is bowl-shaped, surrounding a smaller mouth. There are two small protuberances on the front and back of the jug. The exterior is painted white-brown and there is a wide grey-brown band painted around the bottom portion of the jug. Above the large band there is a thin grey-brown line. The base is white. The base of the jug rim is grey-brown and there are grey-brown designs on the exterior of the rim. The interior of the rim is white and the interior body is unpainted.

Narrative
The donor was born in Peru. While she was living in Peru a friend gave her this pottery (3359/1-4). When she moved to Canada in the '70s she brought the pieces with her.
