Small square-shaped hat with a pointed top. Hat has four sides, now folded flat on opposing sides. The exterior is black with a band of black velvet(?) fabric. The sides are decorated with a repeating scalloped design in beige with pink, teal, purple and olive green vertical stripes. The upper area of each side is decorated with an embroidered swirl design in beige, again with pink, teal, purple and olive green stripes. The interior is lined with a brown fabric.
