Mask with concave oval face with ridge down centre, cutout triangular eye holes, and diagonal lines of triangles outlined in white around the sides. Attached to back is long reddish-brown plant fibre hair that hangs down. A vertical rectangular superstructure extends up from the face mask as well as a small horned animal head with standing female figure above, which is mounted in front and attached to the face mask. The panel is carved and painted with geometric designs and one large square section of checkerboard pattern in black and white and both front and back. Surmounted by three stacked downward-facing triangles.
