Small square folded bag with woven strap, tied at apex with two small braids extending from either strap. Two large dark blue tassels are attached to each lower corner. The edging on three sides is dark blue. The central design is composed of repeating triple diamond pattern in orange, dark blue, and dark red on a green background. Strap is dark blue with a vertical band of orange bordered by blue, and flecks of red; folded in half along length; ends stitched to upper corners of bag.

Collected by Dr. Hope MacLean while she was doing fieldwork with the Huichol, 1992-1995.

Cultural Context
The Wixáritari are known to the larger world as the Huichol, however that is not the name they use to refer to themselves.
