Brass weight consisting of a tube with a curved rectangle outline protruding from the top edge. Rectangle has a cross shape in the centre, forming four square cutouts. Front and back sides of rectangle and cross have oval motifs carved in relief; ovals form knot-like designs. The top corners of the rectangle flare outward slightly; tips are rounded.

The donor taught in a rural school in Tobli, eastern Liberia, from 1965 to 1967.
