A rectangular brown-black cloth with a wide patterned band lengthwise across the lower third. The band is made up of thick red and pink horizontal stripes and thin purple and green stripes. The pattern is a thin repeating vertical zigzag in tan. The zigzags have spirals on each outer point. There is a vertical band towards the left edge of the pattern where the zigzags stop and the tan fibre is woven straight across.

Specific Techniques
Warp-faced weave with fine handspun alpaca wool and fine white cotton. While the design uses elements of the Calcha region, the alternating "S" and "Z" spun yarns and fine white cotton classifies this piece as that of the Tarabuco region.
