Ruffled lace-like collar with embroidered neckband; secured at the back with large hook and eye closure. Band has a black border along the top edge with floral designs running through centre; trimmed with scallops. Main body of band is orange with alternating squares made up of geometric motifs; done in white, pink, yellow, dark green, black, red, and dark blue. Interior is lined.
