String puppet of a peasant(?) man character. He has carved and painted chin-length brown hair, beard and moustache, a row of exposed teeth, long upturned nose and green eyes. On his head he wears a carved and painted green hat with a brown band and large carved feather. He wears a light brown long-sleeved shirt with a dark brown vest overtop with a beige, red and black plaid scarf. He wears navy blue pants with many patches and red ties on the sides that end below the knee. He has tall carved boots painted black. The control stick is attached to his head by a long metal rod, with strings extending from the control stick to limbs. The body is jointed at the elbows, knees, shoulders, and hips – with fabric upper arms.
