Ceremonial bark cloth pectoral. The garment is shield-shaped with a rounded bottom. A thong of bark attached to the top corners holds the garment around the wearer's neck. The bark is decorated with vegetable dye in geometric patterns in yellow, red and black. The body of a toucan bird is attached at centre with thread made of bark, blue feathered wings splayed toward the edges of the pectoral. The head with its very large beak hangs freely. The garment is edged in light brown and grey seeds, with several long feathers attached at bottom. The back is undecorated.
