Byzantine coin of Leo III, 717-741. Obverse: bust of Leo III, facing front; he wears a chlamys and a crown with cross; to left, inscription is illegible; to right, it says ‘AMϤL’. Reverse: large ‘M’; above, bust of Constantine V, resting on a horizontal bar; he wears a chlamys; to left, he holds a globus cruciger.
