Ceramic tile, square. On a white background, tile has an image in maroon of a biblical scene representing Jacob wrestling with an angle at Peniel. The background is flat with bushes to back and front, and a tall tree to the right of the figures. Reference “GEN 32 V 24” is written along the bottom of the scene. Image is surrounded by a circular border, and ox-head motifs decorate the corners of the tile. Top surface is glazed and shiny with shallow cracking in the glaze; sides and bottom are undecorated.
