Large rectangular ikat weaving in beige, orange-red and dark blue on black background, with symmetrical mirror image containing patterns of many heads, animals (lions, horses, crocodiles), and birds on either side of a large orange-red, beige and black patterned band at centre. Band of alternating yellow and orange stripes at ends, and dark brown fringe. Seam down centre of length.

Collected by the donor between 1989 and 1992, when she worked in Foreign Affairs, for the Canadian Embassy, in Jakarta.
