Large rectangular ikat weaving in beige and dark blue on an orange-red background, with symmetrical mirror image containing patterns of large humanoid figures and abstract designs on either side of a dark black-blue patterned band at centre. Band of alternating beige, yellow and light brown stripes with checkerboard at ends, and faded taupe with areas of dark blue fringe. Seam down centre of length.

Collected by the donor between 1989 and 1992, when she worked in Foreign Affairs, for the Canadian Embassy, in Jakarta.
