Byzantine coin of Heraclius, 610-641. Obverse: two rulers standing and facing front; Heraclius is on the left; Heraclius Constantine, his son, is on the right; each wears a crown with a cross and holds a globus cruciger in their right hand; between their heads, there is a cross; to left, there are two layers of inscriptions; the first says ‘OSSO’; the second says ‘NN’; to right, it says ‘ACON’. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘ANNO’ in a vertical position; to right, ‘Ϛ’; above, cross; beneath, ‘B’; in exergue, ‘C[ON]’. This coin has been overstruck.
