Ceramic tile, square. On a white background, tile has an image in blue of a biblical scene related to the beheading of John the Baptist. A man in a cape with a sword resting on his shoulder carries the head in his hand as he crosses an outdoor scene, with a castle to the left and an army to the right. Image is surrounded by a circular border, and ox-head motifs decorate the corners of the tile. Top surface is glazed and shiny with shallow cracks in the glaze; sides and bottom are undecorated.
